About this track

Behavioral interviews decide many hiring outcomes, yet they are often the least prepared round. This track explains what interviewers assess, how to structure answers with STAR, and how to build a small bank of stories that covers the common questions: conflict, failure, leadership, and ambiguity. It finishes with asking good questions and evaluating and negotiating an offer. Short Python exercises make some skills concrete, like timing your pitch and quantifying impact.

Before you start
  • Some work, internship, or project experience to draw stories from.
  • Basic Python for the optional exercises.
  • The first exercise run loads the Python runtime in your browser.
